The overall objective and purpose of the Night Utility position are to provide overnight security, housekeeping, and maintenance, and guest service support from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. The incumbent is responsible for conducting routine safety and security inspections and accurately completing checklists, responding to guest requests, and performing maintenance and housekeeping tasks. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards, and goals established by the company.

The Host person is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The Barback is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper stock behind the bar, as well as ensuring the best-in-class guest experience. They are also responsible for assisting the Bar staff in keeping the bar organized for an efficient flow of service throughout their shift.

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for freshening guestrooms, responding to Housekeeping service requests and cleaning rooms as needed.

The overall objective and purpose of the Bellperson position is to provide hospitable service to our guests to include a seamless arrival and departure experience. The incumbent is responsible for greeting guests, opening doors, transporting luggage, providing information about the hotel, responding to guest requests, and directing guests. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.

The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The overall objective and purpose of the Food and Beverage Supervisor is to oversee for the floor coverage in the outlets and assisting the serving staff in the restaurant, lounge and in-room dining/pool service. The incumbent is responsible for supervising Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring our guests receive the ultimate dining experience. They are to provide inspiring and strategic leadership while directing the activities of the Food and Beverage department in support of the mission, core values and goals established by the company.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

Accepts all purchased products into the Hotel, verifying the accuracy of delivery to purchase orders. Maintains storeroom in accordance with standards and rotates stock accordingly. Issues and delivers items to departments in accordance with the requisition policies and procedures. Conducts inventories. Maintains and upholds the Hotel's standards.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
